Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through flain.co, why we process it and what rights you have, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003.
1Data controller
This is a courtesy translation of the Italian original. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

2What data we collect
We collect only the data necessary for the purposes stated:
- data you provide voluntarily in the contact, estimate and newsletter forms: name, company, email, phone number and the content of your message;
- browsing data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited;
- data collected through cookies, as described in the Cookie policy.

4Who we share it with
The data is processed by our authorised staff and by suppliers that support us, appointed as data processors: hosting, email delivery and analytics tools. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Some suppliers may be located outside the European Union. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5Your rights
At any time, you can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
To exercise your rights, write to privacy@flain.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
6Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top; we will notify you of significant changes through the website or by email.
